About the Role

Drive Brand Love through Events, Activations & Partnerships
Oversee creative development of brand-driven campaign materials; support brand team lead on theme-specific creative development
End to end management of agencies - Creative and BTL Activation agencies from hiring to execution to support a comprehensive BTL Activation strategy for the Business
Ensure high quality, flawless execution of events and BTL Activations
Help create surround sound by seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media and co-ordinating all public relations activities
Owning and managing budgets and planning costs for each event, including venue costs, catering, entertainment, and other expenses
Grow aligned partnerships (based on clear criteria and selection) with Entertainment and amusement arms/parks, Schools, malls etc focused on outcomes, benefits and aligned to our LEGO values
Co-ordinating with events staff (eg. Malls/schools/parks/hotels/venues, agencies) to ensure that all details of the event are handled smoothly and efficiently
